The AD17 diagnostic audiometer became a best-selling product due to its narrow band masking and Fowler and Stenger tests, combining new technology with old and reliable technology. 1987: AD27 In the 1980s, a heavy metal case was added, making the audiometer more user-friendly. A liquid crystal display was added, so specialists were in a better position to interpret the results. The design of the AD27 paid attention to the front panel’s layout, functions and programming. 2019: AD528 Interacoustics launch an entirely new diagnostic audiometer with three standard tests and multiple specialized tests.
